Garmin forerunner 50 help needed... PROBLEM SOLVED!!

Hi all sorry to get a bit tecchie but I'm having probs setting the Heart rate training zones on my new fr50. Any chance anybody could give me some pointers I follow the instructions in the manual but when i get to the Zones on/off choice and press view I dont get any setting options.

    I was just being a bit dumbass, have to say the forerunner 50 is damn good for £29.99
