I'm pleased to announce that Harwich Runners (after a sucessfull first Olympic Tri in 2008) will again be hosting 2 triathlons over the weekend of the 20th / 21st of June 2009, a sprint (300m / 24k / 5k) and a full open water Olympic distance (1500m / 40km / 10km).

The Olympic tri is probably one of the best local if not national courses with total transition length from beach to bike being under 100m & bike to run even less.
