Just wondering if anyone knows any decent 30-40 mile bike routes around Livepool?
I'll be starting in Waterloo and my previous ride (http://forum.220magazine.com/tm.asp?m=22585&mpage=1&key=liverpool堹) took me up to Southport, and whilst the wind was hard work, it was a bit of a boring ride (dual carrigeway for about 5 miles each way).
So i'm looking for something a bit more interesting and out of the city? All (clean) suggestions gratefully received.

Search for the area you're in and you'll get loads of rides. Just keep the speed up through some parts of Liverpool: if you go too slow you'll suddenly find yourself stationary with your wheels nicked and your bike up on bricks.[:D]
(Sorry, obligatory thieving scouser joke.... and yes, I'm one as well)
Thanks for that BoPo - and I couldn't agree more about the bricks, although I'm only partially allowed to say that, as I married a Scouser.
