What did you eat today

Id like the thread - what training have you done today so I will start another along similar lines called

' what did you eat today '

Just like to see what the best of the best are eating on a regular basis. Porridge, 2 bananas and a bagel today so far for me.


  • Oats & More, Yoghurt, Banana, Minted Lamb Soup and 2 ltrs of water

    8:30 bran flakes

    12:30 rice crispies (pre 18k ride + 2k run)

    15:15 chicken on brown bread with wotsits!


    ....chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms, garlic, broccoli seasoned with black pepper and a splash of teriyaki sauce with a bit of rice.

  • porridge with rasins.

    a bacon and cheese bap.

    a coffee.

    lots of water.

    2 wholemeal brown bread and cheese.

    tonight its chicken stew.

    more brown bread.

    im running between 10 and 15 miles tomorrow, so w.t.f.
