i thought i would try this gatosport cake- so i ordered a few tins,its quite expensive, as it comes from france.well a week later it arrived, made it up (instructions are dire on the tin.........in french......pictures!)- got better ones on web page!, cooked it, and tried it- quite nice- the coconut one is a bit sickly, but the banana choc chip and the almond one are nice. not sure if i could eat as much as they recommend before exercise-but i struggle to eat porridge on a race day, so thought i would give it a go!
