Hi All, anybody out there tell me how I can stop getting cramp in toes whilst swimming. It usually comes on after doing about 3/4 mile , i then stop for a couple of minutes streach my toes then carry on till it happens again, I go swimming in the late evening about 2hrs after eating a meal.. thanks for any replies
damn my computer incompetence, my 8 yr old knows more about computers than me........... anyhow, do a search on "what causes cramp" and youll find exactly what you need [>:][:D]
Bananas, yes. Dioralyte seems to help me on a big training day, but I've only tried it a handful of times so it's not representative.
Here's a thing: if I've had a few beers the night before then I am certain to cramp up - where 'a few' actually means 'shed loads'. Can any biology smart-arses work backwards from that one to see what the problem might be? Vitamin D? Potassium? LDL vs. LDP or whatever??

Mine contains Quinine. (OK, I'm being pedantic)
