Hi all,
My training plans requires me to use RPE, and to be honest I’m having trouble using this method.. I just not in tune with body sufficiently or have enough experience to judge accurately different levels, therefore while I work it out I wanted to convert my plan into HR zones as well..
I’ve done some digging on the internet and have uncovered this conversion table. Do people agree with this or could anyone recommend anything different/better:
0-4 - Z1
5-6 - Z2
7 - Z3
8 - Z4
9 - Z5
10 - >Z5 (or what Friel calls Z5b, Z5c)
Cheers
Scotty
