    I get a fair bit of grief from the Good Lady Squishy on the amount of time I spend digesting everything on here, so I think "220 Forum and sex drive" is more apt [:D]

    when i say to my mrs that i want an early night, she is not beginning to realise that i mean for sleep!



    up at 6 am, hour training before work, hour in the eve, and long run and bike on weekend, am goosed!



    also the dog has to take priority......not for sex.... but to be walked!!!!

    if under 15 minutes then its anaerobic...and kind of sad.

    Really feel that for accuracy the HRM should be worn.... seriously tho, it can only be good as you study your watch and seek to take your performance from aerobic to anaerobic! I can hear it now; yes! yes! yes! 189!!!!!!!! and only 14 minutes to go!

    It's a good core work out, so just contract your abs when your "going nuclear" and it'll 'help keep the wolf from the door' as an added bonus.
