Hi
Had an operation on left ankle at end of October, started swimming and biking and a little running. Would a pair of trainers for over pronation actually help support the ankle or would i be doing more damage than good if i dont actually need them. Im not sure now but i use to be more of a neutral runner. Any advice welcome .
Thanks, Steve

I over-pronate conciderably and I wear Asics Kayano 14.
I wouldnt say "these are the shoes for you....." as everyones feet are different, you might prefer Mizuno or Brooks, go get a PROPER fitting done by a GOOD shop and you'll be fine.
