Hey clarkey, Treefrog did it last year.
3 friends of mine are doing it this year, I'm going there to watch them.
Ask treefrog about the bike course, I believe it's pancake flat, but in open environment along the Antwerp harbour--> so lots of wind!!!
There used to be a serious problem with punctures due to crossing railroads a lot, but I think they are onto the problem for this years edition.

Could use some help to taylor my cycle training!
Ill pm treefrog, i did 65 miles yesterday on a very hilly course and got to be honest no way i could do 13 miles after that!
