Fitting tyres

My new Conti GP4000's have arrived (from the offer on PlanetX) and I can't fit them for fear of having a hernia!



They are definitely the right size - are they known for being a tight fit? Any tips on tyre fitting much appreciated - my fingers can't take much more!!

    I bought some GP Attack/Force tyres last week and found the fitting a little fiddly at first (I was sad and practised a couple of times, in case of a puncture) - it's not the best advice, but I've found I do need to [carefully] use the tyre lever to get the last few inches in.

    Thanks Andre. Will have another go tonight. Can't believe how much more difficult they are compared with my Rubinos.
