The 'Rookie Day 2' events - do you have to go to a Day 1 event first?

    think id be pretty interested in the longer distance training day but might not be able to do the date.. will have to wait and see (you know why conehead). but will be grand if i can i love that idea... its giving people the chance who want to train for the longer distances to have some decent input too!! x
