i just tend to use a small bit of baby oil, around the neck to stop any chaffing, and on wrists and ankles to ease getting it off.

Suit Juice is the boy - best write up in 220 last year thoink bodyglide was second.

Baby oil scored lower as it tends to sink into the skin for many.
Don't use Vaseline as it rots your suit.

Its for getting the suit ON and OFF.....
I purchased a suit today and was quite surprised when it took me nigh on 15 mins to get it off.... whilst in the shop. SBR Fulham. Nice suit though. Orca Equip.

i use bodyshop body butter on wrists, ankles and neck and works well! you've just got to get past the man bravado thing of going into the bodyshop!
