A most hearty congrats. And well done. Hope the champagne is flowing. And you're already plotting how to get those transition times down, and knock a few mins of bike, run and swim in the next one!
Again: very well done.
P.S. How did it go? To plan? Any thing that you expected/didn't expect? Tips now you are "experienced"!

As Alex ferguson says its getting to squicky bum time for all of us!
before the race was so nervous could not stand still but after i pushed off the wall on the swim just seemed to get on with it had a bit of a mess up in t1 with my race number but apart from that it went really smothly apart from the very strong head wind on the straight !!! um felt really good round the whole course think i could definatly push harder on the bike get that sub 40 and if i didnt get blisters would be able to do a sub 25 5km t2 went really well think that the prior planning helped with that
think i am most definatly hooked it was such a buzz crossing that finnishing line never felt any thing like it role on the next one[:D]
