guilty or not??
hi all , does anyone feel guilty if they have a rest day or is it just me !! i cant seem to have one i feel like i have to train or do something evey day but the magazines all say rest day is vital !!!
i used to feel worse than i do now when having a day off - i am beginning to realise that my body needs them.
I would give the muscles a rest once a week, eat lots of good stuff, and generally plan your next 6 days training
Absolutely, but like garyr it is needed and so i keep reminding myself of that so i don't feel to bad. that said, the i love training thread a few weeks ago kind of sums this up
