Pre-race warm up/stretching

So what kind of warm up does everyone do before a race. Ive got my own little routine which is a little cycle/jog to get the blood flowing and some upper body stretching for the swim. So Im just wondering how people feel about dynamic vs static stretching before a race.

I'll warm up by going for a 10min jog, very low effort then go through some stretches, arm circles, trunk rotates etc then static hamstrings, quads, calfs, hip abductor and IT band. Then go for a another short jog with some short speed work. If you have the chance get in the water early and have a short swim warm up too.
Once the wetsuits on always check for range of movement, arm circles, arm streches etc...........
