Well, signing off now and next time I'm back on line (Monday morning) I will be a 'triathlete' fingers crossed.
For all forum members out there competing this weekend, best of luck and I hope to bump into a few of you on Sunday at Eton. For all attendees to Coneheads rookie day... even more luck to you. I can just imagine him beasting you all for a good 10 hours!!!
I'm in the first wave on Sunday (35-36), so if you are too, be gentle eh?

I have my faith in you both!!!!!
I'm there on Saturday in one of the last waves and praying the rain stays away!
Sunday am - swim technique coaching session (with hangover after party at ours)
Monday, stuck at work no training
Tuesday - savage attack of hayfever, 3 hours kip and up at 5 to travel to Dublin
Wednesday - Dublin all day, late flight back knackered
Thursday - another long office day and no training or prep
Friday - hoping to leave shortly as have not even organised kit or anything.....
Perfect prep for first tri!
Remember to enjoy this one, this is the one where you'll take the most from it

Good luck guys.
Look forward to hearing how it went.
Lots of luck, not that you'll need it, you're all trained up and ready to do your thing. So go forth buddy, enjoy the buzz, go hard and reap the rewards!
Good luck Dave.
P.S. Its no different on the other side you know, its just the same really, still training, still thinking about all the same stuff. So still great!
Remember, start the swim at a cruisy speed. dont go hooning off like an epileptic tuna!
