Compression - how long?

So i've bought the lovely tights and have been using them after the longer runs and rides, leaving them on until i ride home/go to bed.



Question is whether there is an optimum length of time to leave them on?



any advice would be welcome

    Normally have them on for at least a couple of hours after I've finished. Not anything scientific based but it's how long I can typically endure having them on for. [:D]

    Thanks for the advice, sounds like i'm doing pretty much the same so not far wrong! [bit worried i'm starting to like wearing them though!!![;)]]
