    Q Rings, as they say on the tin, as more oval shaped rather than circular as you can see on the video. The idea is that it makes it easier to pull uo on what is usually the deadspot of your pedal stroke. Whether they work or not...

    i remember oval crank rings when they were shimano biopace - i think my old mtb has them on.

    Wow, they are some seriously sexy aero bars! I love those lines and all that naked carbon, although from planet x the base bar cost more than my bike!

    Ah Jelly - I'm having a night "in" as the good lady wife is on nights so that means a little turbo session, a beer and a good film. Think it's a Cannondale Slice carbon - they go for about £2850 with Ultegra.



    All I did was put triathlon training into YouTube and it popped up. Lovely though aren't they.



    Anyone know what they are or how much they cost ?
