London tri bike course

Hi people was just wondering what the bike route for the olympic race is like? I'm racing on sunday morning 6;30am! and noticed the course is different depending on start times. I the course flat and technical kinda looks that way on the map

    The course is mostly flat but as you say looking at the map there are a lot of roundabouts - I have driven some of these near excel and they are pretty big so taking them at speed shouldn't be a problem. I am not sure what it is like further into london on lap2 but they aint any hills that is for certain and the roads will be closed

    There are a couple of ramps up to one or two of the roundabouts but nothing major.

    The worst part of the ride at London is back in to ExCel itself.Quite a steep ramp after the ride.

    The same for the run at the end of each lap you have to run up the service ramp back in to the building but with the crowd cheering you on you'll fly up it!!
