Which Triathlon Package?

I have done several Adventure Races (which include running, mountain biking, kayaking, orienteering, etc.) and would like to enter into the world of Triathlons.



I am looking to get a Triathlon package for around £1,500.



Which of these looks the best?:

I live in Milton Keynes and don't want to travel more than 2 hours to the shop.



I would prefer to visit the shop so I can get measured and try things before I buy them.

    You may also want to have a look at Corley cycles, [link]http://www.corleycyclesonline.co.uk[/link], they are out by the A5/A422 junction. I went there with my dad at Easter to get him a Triathlon starter pack and they were very accommodating with changing items in the pack as they did not have them in stock and were also willing to change the bike although we didn't in the end.

    I'd say either package is fine, find out the spec for the Tri and Run bike, the Trek bike is a good starting bike, you can't wrong with one of them and it'll be easier to sell if you don't like Triathlon, if you do get into it you'll have it as a training bike becaue you WILL upgrade everything as thats what this sport does to you .......... good luck !
