Buying new bike or 2nd hand Bike??

Hi, last month I've woken up and decided that I want to do Ironman event before I'm 30, and I'm nearly 25 now. Looking to start training soon, hopefully enter some sprint event early next year.

Been looking around for bike and they all are very expensive. I'm willing to pay up to £150, if you know any website or may have bike that you like to sell?

    I've got to say your not really going to get too much for £150 the best place to look is local ads and ebay you might get something of a reasonable standard abliet a few years old.

    I managed to pick mine up on ebay for £72..needs some extra bits and pieces (pedals chainset wheels) but these are longer term aren't stopping me racing at london this weekend...



    That said you need to be patient as you have to get the correct size and know what you are looking for - I got a friend who knows bikes to help..



    As guv suggests its abit older but it works ;)
