What have I done?!

JulesJules Posts: 987
First OD race on Sunday.I've read the race info about a hundred and seven times. I've checked Sunday's weather just as often.

I keep having "oh s*** what the **** am I doing?" moments.

All good pre-race nerves! I'm looking forward to it massively.

Jules - you'll be absolutely fine.

you've done the hardest part - taking the plunge.

    the rest is downhill.

(except the really, really, long and steep uphill bits on the bike course obviously. And the run course. And the lake/pool naturally.).

    Fatastic, and best of luck.

I'm hopefully making the move from Sprint to OD the weekend after, so let us know how it went, and any tips. Looking forward to a full report.

Don't worry Jules, you'll be fine. The training you've done will get you through. For me the worst bit is always the build up, once the gun goes it's just like a long training session with lots of other people...
