OMG what have i just entered

My friend has just entered me and him into a half iron man aquathon.....
i know i can do the swim but the runn...
2km swim followed by a 21.1km run on the 5th of september at dorney lake....
any advice on training for a half marathon would be much apriciated...

just take it easy.....we know you're fit enough......get some decent tunes on the ipod and think of it as listening to music rather than running!
