Can someone please explain to me what is meant by the 70.3 bit - thanks very much

    thats the total distance covered in miles....not for the feint hearted!!! in terms of Km its 1.9Km swim, 91Km bike and 21 Km run

    or in miles 1.2mile(swim) 56mile(bike) 13.1miles(run) = 70.3



    and the UK 70.3 is apparently the toughest in the world
