    Well done Ewan-you were brave doing the whole run with your ankle being the way it is-thought the plan was to stop after the swim?

    Good confidence boost though on the other events-although worrying about the lack of race organisation-don't think I'll have been too happy doing 60km before getting my first re-supply. Also good to see you bike time was bloody quick, makes me less worried about you caning me on the time trial now!!

    Hope the knee gets better and good luck for IMUK.

    Congratualations onwhat must have been a hard and worrying race. Hope the knee niggle doesn't escalate.

    As to the race organisation, what were they up to. Could have put and end to anyone's race. Are you still going with the behind the seat cages?
