Cheers Ris, very useful. I drove it a few weeks ago when I was in the area and that last ~1 mile hill back to transition looks like it could be hard work on the legs.

I'm looking forward to the event but with the usual triathlon trepidation! The shopping is great in Bath so I'll just focus on that I reckon (the quicker I get round, the sooner I can shop!).

if anyone wants a beer after the event (i think bath gem is a recognised recovery drink) then i might be able and there are some decent places in town.

Sorry I couldn't make it along on Saturday, had to attend St Pauls Carnival in Bristol.
