Hi guys
My name is Karl and i run a small Health & Fitness business in Preston covering aspects of Posture Training, Strength & Conditioning , Lifestyle Coaching , Nutrition , Sports Therapy and specialise in coaching for multi-sport guys like yourself.
Alot of athletes i find still don't realise the importance of training the body from a structrual point of view, ie a forward head posture from hours sat at a computer station can cause an inverted breathing patern meaning you may be breathing into your chest to much or at the very worst your neck when you should be breathing into your abdomen incorprorating the full use of your diaphragm or perhaps a quad dominance hindering the correct glute firing when in the pedal stroke.
These and many other topics are covered in my 1 to 1 coaching programs, if your interested and want to learn more you can go to my web-site
www.getinvolvedfitness.com
Take a look , feel free to contact me there with any questions regarding the services or topics dicussed there, I look forward to chatting with you soon
Warm regards
Karl

Sorry... couldn't resist that one.
I saw a Pullman once.
At the end of the day, as has been said, he's come in, only one post to sell his business, no other comments or chat....so it's spam, and all spam should be deleted. IMHO
I thought plaxtons was a main one?[/quote:y52nc2j6]
Are we talking buses or trains?
not urine . . . .
You are right tho...this guy is a plonker.
Stop throughing male fluids at CH....
I'm now wondering whether to delete this thread with my magice green powers to annoy coma's boyfriend - Karl
Or whether to let it run...the banter is amusing...
We should all be pulling, twisting and pushing like our pre-historic ancestors............or as I like to think of it - just be Conehead!!!
Even better is the pushing.....
I'll leave the post on there for the mom unless the collective gang-up suggests otherwise....I'll take it off in the morning!!!
and the unrighteous trembled as he toyed with their very existence in the cyber world before unleashing the force of his omnipotence and banishing them forever.
and he looked at the forum, and he saw that it was good
Yes, it is in poor taste, but once you start creating policy, then you need some set firm criteria or otherwise things get tricky. One man's spam is another's useful and informative bit of text.
It's quite clear from our responses that it isn't that good a service. Which is probably quite useful to someone randomly hitting the thread via google.
We've also had the guy from TI UK creating an account, and just posting a couple of comments - mainly because something I had written had hit one of his "google alerts". All he was doing really was pimping his wares (or defending his brand's reputation, if I was being a bit more charitable).
If it's random 'bot type spam with no connection to tri, (i.e. china webspam) then delete it. If it is something unique, carefully crafted for this site, then best to let it go - but post appropriate responses. Otherwise it's a slippery slope to full on moderation. Which creates all manner of conflict.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH!!!! Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
