does anyone know where i can go in the evenings to swim in a lake?

    Princes Club at Bedfont Lake near Heathrow. Think they're open Monday nights.

    Not sure where you are based but the Quays just off the M3 do an evening swim on a Wednesday and they have a great pub there for a few refreshing drinks afterwards...I'm off there next Wed if you want to join - JB - if you are around too?

    How far are you from Reading? Go to the blueseventy lakes, great loop and really friendly.

    I've made the trip from Cardiff a couple of times and improved my swimming no end.
