Camelbak . . .

I always use a Camelbak when out mountainbiking, but never use when on road bike. It can take up to 3 litres (four bottles worth) so provides enough fluid for several hours use.

As i'm doing a HIM soon, I was wondering whether anyone has used them at that distance or above?

I've been using a camel for training rides and have got to the point where I dont even notice I have it on my bike. I'm doing the Little Woody middle distance at end of Aug and intend to use it then - using the entire event as a fitness check prior to planning winter training for IMCH next year. I'll let you know how I get on with it and how many others use them - both for the little and big woody (long distance) race.
