Great race report! I'm always in awe of the toughness required to actually do a 140.6 mile race. Doing it with minimal swim training and 2/3 of the race with a bad knee is just incredible. Congratulations!

Excellent work, and a great report!

I've heard all sorts of moans about the organisation though.

Excellent report, and well done. It's just like everyone seems to say, you need to havethe mental attitude as well to get to the end.

Its report such as this one, and the truly inspiring stories posted on this forum that have directly led me to signing up for the IM Switzerland 2010 this morning.

Either that or I've had way too much coffee.

Awesome report and real mental toughness to finish [plus the obligatory madness required for Tri]

And to think an OD makes me nervous about DNF!!
