Cheap kit needed

in General Chat
Hi all,
My DH has signed up for his first ever triathlon on Saturday. He has been wanting to do one for ages but has been so unlucky - last year he broke his collarbone right at the beginning of the season and this year he was diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary embolism back in May.
His determination to be fit and enjoy this sport is heroic, but he is short on kit, and we have very little spare cash at the moment. Can someone recommend/point me in the direction of somewhere (online or in the South of the UK) where I could find him some cheap-as-chips (sub £20 or less) tri shorts and a race belt? Otherwise he's going to have to do the thing in his swimming jammers, and will chafe his bits and pieces ragged raw on the bike. Last thing either of us needs.......
Many thanks in advance of your suggestions
