Everyone's a fruit and nut case...

I’m looking for something to keep on my desk at work that I can graze on when I get a bit peckish mid morning or afternoon, can anyone recommend anything?

Was thinking mized nuts / seeds / berries but scoured my local Sainsburys this arvo and couldn’t really find anything.

    I tend to keep cereal bars on my desk, that and chocolate biscuits...

    I like the fruit and seed mix from Aldi - Sun Valley brand.

    It's mainly sunflower and pumpkin seeds but with cranberries, goji berries and pine nuts too.
  • chocolate orange?
    all gold?
    Kettle chips crisps?
    jaffa cakes?
    Chocolate fingers?

    and sod it, duck spring rolls too
    and a bit of garlic bread.

    What can a serious triathlete snack on between meals?
