OW Swimming In The Wind
I'm frantically trying to find excuses for my pathetic swim last night. Whilst ignoring the most likley, poor technique, it was a bit breezy .
Might that have made a difference ?
maybe the breeze made your muscles stiffer in the water and the wind can always 'throw' your style a bit, re: your technique i cannot obviously have an opinion, but: we all have good days when everything just happens easily and harmoniously and off days that feel like someone unscrewed your limps and screwed them back on the wrong way around....
don't be hard on yourself, just learn from it and take the feedback ofthe experience with you in your next session...
