Massage - the best way to recover

As a keen runner for many years, I have recently decided to take up a new challenge – triathlon. My legs are used to aching after training but my upper body is definitely not!! I have discovered Sports Massage and use it regularly from www.sb-massage.co.uk to relieve the tension in my back/arms/shoulders, as well as my legs.
The next time I train again, I feel like I have a new body.
