pre season tri camps

hi folks, i'm considering a pre season training camp for around march time next year. ive never been on one before so am a bit in the dark as to any good/bad ones. i found www.markmckaytraining.com which seemed to be good, although there was quite a lot of mileage! any recommendations, thanks
