Anyone have a broken forerunner 50?

Hi there - if you have an unused or broken forerunner 50/405 and are thinking of replacing it, would you consider selling me your strap? Bizarrely garmin do not offer replacement straps, so the only way to replace a work out one is to find someone with a knackered HR monitor and a working strap.

Am happy to pay, donate etc for it.

    I'd get this one instead. Here.
    A little be more expensive but much more confortable apparently.

    My mistake. Thakns for your suggestions, but it is the watch strap that is broken, not the chest strap. The fittings are a bit unusual and I am pretty certain an over the counter one wont really fit it properly.

    ah, sorry, the link to a chest strap isn't much use then!

    this place has replacement straps for forerunner units - i couldn't see one for a 50 on my first pass but i wonder if other models fir the 50 ok.
