I'm gonna look into doing some off road running over the winter ,should improve leg / core strength so i'm told .
Its been said on here to do moutain biking over the winter , so you may find a mountain bike race or 2 in your area .
Variety is the key over the winter to keep you motivated .

The mudman is a good offroad duathlon if you like hills with a sprinkling of extra hills. Ive done the spring one and loved it. Was supposed to do it again this last year but got only realised it was the previous morning as I was packing my kit.
