Ironmanuk Bike route.

I've heard that the bike course for the Ironman at Sherborne is hilly - are these hills steep or are they long gradual climbs or is it more of an undulating course.



Is it a suitable course to use a rear disc wheel.



Any information from people who took part in the 2006 event would be most welcome.

    I haven't done the course (one day maybe) but I do live near Sherborne and there are normally some big steep hills on the course.
