anyone out there doing the sandy balls duathlon in the New Forest, or did last year and can tell me any thing about the course, as this will be my first event. cheers.

    Hi there. Did it last year and back this year. Looks like the run course is different this year. Starts in the same place at the bottom on a hill which you run up. Bike course is straight ou and back. Slightly undulating with random animals trundling across the road. Organisation is fantastic. I'll be in Berkshire Tri Squad kit, so say hi if you see me.
