Hi all.
I am thinking about purchasing some clip on tri bars soon, i saw somw on ebay from a company called Kinetic-one.
http://www.kinetic-one.co.uk/
Has anyone here used any of the products that they sell, in particular the 2010 Knetic-one TT tri bars?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
it (still) hurts

Not sure if it was just him but he did adjust the bike postion to help the cycle areo postion.
I used Zipp Vuka clips on and are very comfortable indeed.
Shadowone, were the ones you fitted on a road bike? Also, will I have to buy a new saddle cos the new position means I'll be spending more time on the nose of the saddle?
The vuka's are clipped onto thhe road bike. Ideally you need to get a seat post that you can turn around so that you sit closer to the bars.
If you check out the argon 18, you'll see the seat post arrangement
.....maybe I should just save up and get a TT bike!
forget the tt for now and invest in a set of clip-on's
this minor [by tri standards] investment, will drop minutes of your times once your comfortable on them,
a tt is a major investment, and as plenty of other threads will tell you there are plenty of pro's and con's,
you may do one season and never want to race again,
there are plenty of bikes for sale, with hardly used, used once,my partner bought me this, etc,
it may take a season to work out exactly what your looking for in a tri bike. good luck.
The only thing from Zipp I can afford!!
Thanks for the advice chaps, like you say I could drop minutes off my bike time with clips on so I think I've changed my mind and will get some now......I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure. Done a couple of sprints before and I'm fully hooked on this triathlon lark. Got a few more sprints this summer with an Olympic booked for September, where I guess I'll see the biggest benefit of tri bars.
Just a case of which ones to go for now!!!!!!!
Bloody bargain.
