Club is it worth it?

Is it worth me joining a club? and would they take me at my age (14)? If so how do i go about finding 1.

    You would need to contact your local club and see what they say.

    Maybe your area has a childrens club also, in Swindon we have a childrens tri club called the Tridents (I think that's the name), so maybe your area will too.

    Don't know where you're based, Mike, but 4Life tri club have a good juniors section in the Nottingham area.

    At your age it is not only possible but really important that you join a club, you wil benefit from structured training and racing aimed at your age group.



    Look at the British triathlon website: http://www.britishtriathlon.org/ there are clubs for juniors, clubs with junior sections and races specifically for juniors.



    Glad you're into Tri, train right, train hard and stay in tri.
