Usually the end of a plan should coinside with the beginning of a taper then your race. These plans tend to be something you time to lead up to your "A" race or beggining of your season.
I would have a lookat the plan and try and cut and paste the last few weeks to bring me up to my first race. In the meantime keep the engine ticking over with some of the sessions from the plan.
