Does not pass the eyeball wind tunnel test though. Brake behind the fork, gigantic seat stays, sloping top tube, big fat head tube. For a lot less, the Aloha is probably equally fast. Just looks so boring next to this.
the frameset for the pro model is $3229
the frame is identical apart from the paint job so unless the pro frameset includes free chips for life or a solid gold headset that must make the comp bike the sale of the century.
If bikes looked like biscuits (which I am aware they dont) that would be a cracker!!

Stand by for a review
Anyway, they come to stores on the 1st March.... they need a £50 deposit to get the bike to their store - we discussed this ( refunded if I buy it ), I consider that to be a piss take, that's waived now, and waiting for a test ride.
The back end is meant to be uber stiff and I had heard about the front end.... not that I'd notice. Bottom line is this
1) It's good value
2) It looks fast
3) It's black and red carbon - nuff said.
4) I NEED one.
Let me know how you get on Bman and I'll do the same. I think I'll get my test ride from Evans in Wandsworth and then assault Richmond Park on it.
So how best to do this, assuming you are going to get one and get it fitted properly? I would much rather deal with a LBS outfit than Evans. Would it be cheeky cycling up to East Sheen on it and visiting the chaps at Prologue? haha.
I know that wrong as I have very lanky legs and a short trunk. I actually ride a medium/large frame so I'll be buying a 56 and having a bit more seat post showing ,
Then I'll take it to a LBS I use and get fitted. If it's the wrong size I'll be following their 30 day no quibble exchange or refund policy.
Simples .
I get 5% off through work so it all helps. Ill let you all know how it goes .
Oh BTW - WAT not advised yet so mums the word.
I've got a test ride this saturday.
