    I think jelly deserves a slap on the back TBH.

    He works bloody hard in training and is so much more improved .

    His bike leg has become pretty strong and he's gonna thrash his nuts off when he does his IM.

    I think CH must have drugged us cos you should have seen me most mornings. Lol
