date: Sunday 9th May 2010
time: circa 8 am in the water
venue: Lake 32
training: HIM distance swim + 40K bike (ish)
cool down: bacon roll+Coffee.
apres-ski: Bullshit
shorter+longer distances welcome
swim/bike/both not mandatory

Its the Cotswold Super Sprint on Sunday.
I knew that.
I won't be swimming on Sunday!
Forget I even mentioned it.
I put it down to election fever.
