How do you record your training.

All,

A few years back I created a training log spreadsheet with a lot of feedback form this forum to help people track their training.

It is probably time for a revamp or a change of approach, how do you all track your training or how would you like to track your training .

*Paper training log.
*GPS log from a Suunto or garmin watch.
*Spreadsheet
*Online (map my run type thing)
*Iphone app.


Be interested to hear people thoughts, Could not work out how to add a poll on here.

    I use my Garmin Centre from my forerunner to log all but the wet bit.


    I would love to also use my Iphone but no heart rate strap.

    I use garmin connect (with 310xt)

    and my own spead sheet, Much simpler version
    including

    date
    sport type
    time + milage
    brief descripion of work
    Heart rate zone

    once a week
    body weight and resting heart rate

    I Have a wall planner courtesy of Triathlon Plus, keeps it visual so you can note up and coming events.

    I use Garmin Connect - it records all info and what I love is the map of route and elevation data...

    Garmin 310XT - best HRM ever had!
