ill take that on board next time im out running



wont be for over a week as i sprained my ankle whilst out running last thursday and still limping on it a bit!

    The action of running speeds up the bowel movement therefore delivering the 'motion' to it's final destination quicker. [:o] Medicine such as Imodium will slow the bowel movement down and prevent

    any mishaps while out running. It doesn't compensate for a balanced diet and regular bowel movements but can be used occasionally. Drink plenty of liquid so that you don't become dehydrated and constipated.[:@]
