Age Group Target Times

Am thinking of having a go for age group qualification but can't find any idea of typical times to aim for. So I have no Idea whether I've any hope. I'm looking at Olympic distance in 45-49 category. I'd be really grateful if anyone could give me some clues. Thanks

    Plus alot of the AG Team GB management are strokers.......
