    I'm aiming for sub 1 hr 50 but with so many running my pace may be off if I get stuck amongst slower runners. what time you aiming for?

    Cardiff nearly half done in 1.34:51 got my PB but does not feel right, how bloody stupid was that. I did beat my brother though by 7 seconds

    Oh well have to go sub 1.30 next year.

    looking for 1.35 maybe...I ran the bit of the course I am not familiar with...& to prove a point, got lost!
    The main part goes past my front door almost..might join in there...
